  1. Although most of the solutions presented here are not new, brought to my attention Open Cart (wich I thought was a poorly designed tool until now).

    You should mention though that CS-Cart is available for download as Community Edition.

    BroadleafCommerce,
    Interchange,
    MerchantTribe,
    Bots (edi),
    Jigoshop,and
    osCommerce- was very old and the best one as of my knowledge.

  3. Thanks for that. I’ve tried Magento and the main problem is the support; while it seems flexible enough, the support is practically non existent and the extensions can contain bugs etc. I prefer proprietary software where at least you get any and all support that you need.

    Going to try prestashop though; that looks pretty interesting….
