  1. I realize this post is a little aged at this point. But I think this is a topic that needs revisted due to all the changes at Facebook and the outraged users. Since this article two new real contenders have emerged, both of which are privacy based social site. Enukee and Diaspora have really gained momentum in the last few months. I personally really enjoy Enukee slightly better than Diaspora because of it’s user friendly interface. Both are great sites though and should be looked at for future posts!
